| 摘 要： | 介绍了舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒（LdMNPV)的基因组结构、UDP－转葡糖基酶基因、增强子基因（enhancin基因）、蛋白激酶基因（vPK基因）、多角体蛋白（polyhedrin)基因、PE基因、P39－衣壳基因、DNA聚合酶基因（DNA pol)、25K FP基因以及LdMNPV的同源区（hrs)的结构和功能。这些基因或同源区的编码产物有的作为结构组分存在于包含体中，有的作为调节因子在病毒复制过程中参与病毒DNA的复制和基因表达的调节，有的负责协调病毒与虫体之间的关系。通过分析用于外源基因表达的LdMNPV的基因工程的实例，阐明了在害虫的防治领域，构建LdMNPV重组杆状病毒杀虫剂是LdMNPV分子生物学和基因工程的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The genome, structure and function of the egt gene, enhancin gene, vPK gene, polyhedrin gene, P39-gene, DNA pol gene, 25K FP gene and hrs of LdMNPV were introduced according to references. The proteins coded by the genes are in the occlusion bodies of LdMNPV as structural factors, or involved in the replication of LdMNPV and the regulation of genes expression, or in charge of the relationship between LdMNPV and insects. With the help of the example of genetic engineering of LdMNPV for expression of foreign genes, it is certain that the recombinant LdMNPV pesticides is the developmental direction of LdMNPV molecular biology and genetic engineering in the field of pest insects control. |
