摘    要:食用菌生产不受时间,地理,环境等因素的限制,原料来源广泛,是一种无污染的健康食品,因此近几年在我县发展势头十分迅速。但是食用菌对农药十分敏感,很多农民不懂如何科学地无公害生产,因此,本文将对这部分农民给予技术指导和帮助。

Abstract:The production of edible fungi is not affected by time, geography, environment and other factors, wide source of raw materials, is a kind of health food, no pollution, so in recent years in our county, the development is very fast. But edible fungi are very sensitive to pesticides, many farmers do not know how to scientifically pollution-free production, therefore, this article on the part of the farmers to give technical guidance and help.
