摘    要:用亚蝗微粒子虫毒饵在室内和田间防治东亚飞蝗的试验结果表明,饵料含孢量约1×1012个/kg,投放量2kg/667m,于蝗蝻2龄期施用,14d内可获得87.8%的杀蝻效果

Abstract:A microbial insecticide-Nosema asiaticus, applied in wheat bran bait formulation, were evaluated for control of Locusta migratoria manilensis under lab and field conditions Lab tests with 2nd instar nymphs showed that the rate of 0.6-1.17×1012 spores per kg bran produced more mortality than that of 0.1-0.3×1012 spores per kg bran In field tests, bran bait with 1×1012 spores per kg bran was applied at 30 kg/ha After 48 and 72 hr of application ca 200 nymphs from each plots were caught and reared in cages to examine the effect of tests The best result was obtained from the plot where 90% of nymphs were in the 2nd instar 87 8% mortality was attained within two weeks after bait application
