地方蚕品种泗洪幼虫黄体色的遗传学研究——家蚕中国显性黄体色基因(Xan~C)的发现

对保存的地方蚕品种进行性状调查 ,发现于 60年代自我国江苏省泗洪县征集的农家土种泗洪 1 5(简称泗洪 )幼虫体为淡黄色 ,壮蚕异质型不明显。采用体色正常型和已知黄体色标志基因lem( 3-0 .0 )、Sel( 2 4 -0 .0 )和Xan( 2 7-0 .0 )与之杂交 ,进行遗传学鉴定 ,结果 :泗洪黄体色对正常型为显性 ,遗传基因与日本的显性黄体色 (Xan)基因座位相同 ( 2 7-0 .0 ) ,命名为中国显性黄体色 ,英文名Chi nesexanthous,基因记号XanC。以其建立起我国的家蚕显性黄体色标志基因系统

Genetic Studies on Yellow Colour of Larval Body in the Local Silkworm Race "Sihong"--Discovery of Chinese Xanthous Gene(XanC)

In a survey of the characters of various local silkworm races maintained in Southwest Agricultural University,it was found that“Sihong 15”,collected from Sihong County,Jiangsu Province in the 1960 s,was light yellow body colour of the larvae which was not conspicous enough on the body of grown silkworms when it was heterozygous.This race was crossed and backcrossed with genotypic systems with normal body colour or with known marker genes lem (3-0.0), Sel (24-0.0) or Xan (27-0.0),and the body colour of the F 1,F 2,RF 1 and F 3 was recorded.Such genetic identification showed that the gene for yellow body colour of Sihong silkworm is dominant to that for normal genotype and shares the same locus with Xan (27-0.0) of Japanese origin and therefore is named“Chinese Xanthous” with the gene symbol Xan C .
