摘    要:目的]建立管花肉苁蓉药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为其药材质量评价提供依据.方法]以松果菊苷为参照物,采用高效液相色谱法,对管花肉苁蓉药材进行了指纹图谱分析.色谱条件如下:Waters xterra RP18(250 mm×4.6 mm、5 μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.2;磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速 1.0 mL/min;检测波长 330 nm.结果]该方法精密度高、重现性好,所测组分均达到基线分离,共分离了19个共有指纹峰,相似度在0.92~1.0.结论]不同来源的管花肉苁蓉药材的内在质量存在差异,该方法可用于管花肉苁蓉药材的质量控制.

Abstract:【Objective】The objective of this study was to establish a atlas of HPLC fingerprint of Cistanche tubulosa,to provide the basis for assessing the quality of Cistanche tubulosa.【Method】With echinacoside as a reference the Cistanche tubulosa was analyzed with HPLC fingerprint.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:an Waters xterra RP18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm) was used;the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid with gradient elution:the flow was 1.0 mL/min and the UV absoibance detection was set at 330 nm.【Result】This method shows high precision,good repeatability and all of the contents are separated well,19 common peaks were found in the HPLC fingerprint of Cistanche tubulosa and the similarities between 0.92~1.0.【Conclusion】There are some differences in inner qualities of the samples from different habitats.This method can be used to control the quality of Cistanche tubulosa.
