摘    要:为了探讨在盐胁迫条件下钾与小麦(Triticum aestivumL.)耐盐性和籽粒产量的关系,采用大田试验方法,以耐盐小麦品种鲁麦10号为材料,就钾的不同施用量对小麦几个生理指标及产量性状的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在盐胁迫下施钾在一定范围内可提高小麦植株叶片的K 及K /Na ;增强叶片的保水能力;增加灌浆期旗叶的叶绿素含量,延长叶片的功能期;对提高旗叶光合速率和籽粒产量具有显著作用.在本试验条件下,以施用K2O 90 kg/hm2处理效果最为明显,继续增加施钾量效果下降.

Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between potassium and salt-tolerance and grain yield under salt stress,salt-resistant "Lumai 10" was used to determine the effects of different potassium fertilizer levels on some physiological indexes and yield of wheat through field trial.The results showed that potassium(K ) content and the ratio of potassium(K ) and natrium(Na ) were increased,and the water retentivity of leaf were improved.The content of chlorophyll of flag leaf was increased at grain-filling stage,and the function stage of leaf was prolonged,resulting in a significant increase in the photosynthetic rate and grain yield of flag leaf.In the present study,the effect of treatment with 90 kg K2O/hm2 was optimal,but the effect decreased with continued supply of potassium fertilizer.
