摘    要:通过花粉管通道法将ZmPtil,ZmPtil-1,ZmCIPK2三种蛋白激酶基因植物表达载体分别导入玉米自交系吉444,经草丁膦筛选后得40株抗性植株,通过PCR检测其中28株为PCR阳性植株,平均转化率为1.33%,最后收获11株转基因植株.干旱条件下通过对转基因T1植株的单株籽粒产量、千粒重两个指标进行差异显著性和...

Abstract:Three plant expression vectors harboring protein kinase genes of ZmPti1,ZmPti1-1,or ZmCIPK2 were transferred into maize inbred line Ji 444 separately by pollen-tube-pathway,and 40 glufosinate-tolerant plants were obtained through herbicide screening,then 28 of them were confirmed positive by PCR analysis.The average transformation rate was 1.33%,and 11 transgenic lines were harvesting T1 seeds.Control plants along with T1 transgenic plants were cultivated under drought conditions,and the yield of each plant...
