摘    要:
裂果是造成枣树产量降低和果实品质下降的一大难题,水分是影响裂果的主要因子之一。以赞皇大枣为试材,通过水分调控与抗蒸腾剂处理,研究不同水分处理措施对赞皇大枣树体含水量及果实品质的影响,以分析水分含量与枣裂果的关系。结果表明:实施水分调控措施和喷施抗蒸腾剂均能降低果实裂果率,叶片相对含水量的变化与裂果存在相关性。

Abstract:
Using the jujube variety Zanhuangdazao as material,the relationship between moisture and fruit cracking was studied by the moisture regulation and antitranspirant treatment.The results showed that the treatment with moisture and antitranspirant could reduce distinctly the fruit cracking rate.There was a significant correlationship between leaf's relative water content variation and fruit cracking.
