| 摘 要： | 为确立烟丝贮丝环节的优化控制方向，采用3因素3水平正交试验设计，进行了贮丝条件（贮丝时间、贮丝温度、贮丝湿度）对烟丝质量影响的研究。结果表明：贮丝条件因素对烟丝质量的影响顺序为贮丝时间〉贮丝湿度〉贮丝温度；在试验条件范围内，贮丝时间对填充值影响较大，贮丝湿度对填充值有一定影响；各因素对整丝率变化和碎丝率变化的影响均不明显。
