摘    要:为了选择适宜的基因枪转化光温敏雄性不育小麦的受体,并对幼胚组织培养条件进行优化,以小麦光温敏雄性不育系BS210、BS366以及常规品种京411的幼胚为材料,分别对碳源、除草剂浓度和基因型进行筛选.结果表明,在以蔗糖和麦芽糖为碳源的诱导培养基上,幼胚的出愈率差异不显著;在以蔗糖和麦芽糖为碳源的分化培养基上,愈伤组织的分...
