| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国无公害农业发展存在的“急于求成”现象,系统分析了制约我国无公害农业发展的5个主要问题,提出了构建无公害农业产业发展的外部支撑系统的设想．该支撑系统包括生态环境、市场、技术和产业政策等4个支撑子系统和观念更新、社会诚信等2个基础平台。

| Abstract: | To the impatience in the process of nuisance free agricultural development at present in China, 5 main limiting factors in the development of nuisance free agricultural are systematic analyzed. The supporting system essential to sound development of nuisance free agricultural, which contains agricultural ecological environment improvement, market construction ,technology and industrial policy innovation ,idea upgrading and society sincere establishment, is put forward. |
