摘    要:本试验采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了播期、密度和施氮量等主要栽培措施对玉米笋产量和质量的影响。试验结果经计算机分析模拟,获得了研究因子与产量、质量指标的数学模型,筛选了高产优化方案,解析了各因子对产量和质量诸指标作用的强度和规律,讨论了产量与单笋重,产量与蛋白质、脂肪及磷质含量的相互关系。试验证明:播期是影响玉米笋产量和质量的最关键因子;密度对产量、单笋重和蛋白质含量有显著影响;施氮量对产量的直接影响不明显,主要是通过播期和密度产生间接影响,施氮量对玉米笋的质量没有显著影响。氮效应不明显的主要原因可能是试验地肥力较高。

Abstract:The experiment, with the design of the two order rotation-regression orthognal combination, was conducted to study the effects of sowing time, density and nitrogen application rate on the yield and quality of baby corn. Through computer analysis and simulation a mathematical model for the indicates of yield and quality with main cultivating factors was established. An optimized scheme for high-yield and quality production was selected. The intensity and regularity of the factors affecting the indices of yield and quality was analysed. Relationships between yield and single ear weight, contents of protein, fat and phosphorus were discussed. The results show that sowing time is the most essential factor affecting yield and quality of baby corn; planting density had significant effect the yield; single ear weight and protein content. The effect of nitrogen application of the yield and quality was not remarkable. The nitrogen application rate is considered as an indirect factor affecting the yield through sowing time and density, and the low effect of nitrogen application was due to the high fertility of the experimental site.
