活性炭在马铃薯组织培养中的应用

摘    要:以马铃薯克新18无根试管苗为试材,研究了活性炭对马铃薯试管苗组织培养的效应和活性炭的添加量对试管苗生育状况的影响。结果表明:在MS固体培养基中,活性炭显著促进了马铃薯试管苗的离体生长,繁殖倍数增加10倍,可使试管苗高度增加、促进生根、株系健壮、生长旺盛。

Abstract:Taking plantlet in vitro of potato variety of Kexin 18 as experimental material,the effects of activated carbon on potato tissue culture and adding amount of activated carbon on plantlets growth situation were studied.The results showed that in the MS agar-solidified medium,activated carbon significantly promoted the growth of plantlets in vitro,the reproduction coefficient could increase 10 times,it could increase plantlet height,promote root,the plantlet strong and growth vigorous.
