| Abstract: | The studies established two detection methods——direct culture and PCR.The two methods complemented each other and applied in the vaccine docimasia.The detected results could provide timely and dependable data for the production,and could check on the products strictly.These could improve the quality of products.There is an important meaning for establishing the company＇s brand image. |
