对氟偶氮氯膦显色剂的光度性能

摘    要:研究了新显色剂对氟偶氮氯膦(CPA-pF)与稀土元素的显色性能,发现在0.01mol/L HCl酸性介质中,CPA-pF显色剂与15种单一稀土离子的α型显色反应可在瞬间完成,配合物的最大吸收波长λ_(max)为662-666 nm,ε=5.9-8.0×10~4L/mol·cm;在pH4.8的HAc-NaAc介质中,该试剂还能与钇组稀土元素(Gd-Lu,Y)形成更为灵敏的β型配合物,其最大吸收波长λ_(max)为742-748 nm,ε=6.7-11.0×10~4L/mol·cm。不论是α型还是β型配合物都很稳定,至少20h内保持不变。

Abstract:A spectrophotometric method for determining rare earth elements with p-fluorochlorophosphonazo (CPA-pF) was described. CPA-pF formed rapidly α-type complexes with fifteen rare earth elements in 0.01 mol/L of hydrochloric acid medium which maximun absorptions and apparent molar absorptivities were found to be 662-666 nm and 5.9-8.0×10~4 L/mol·cm. The reagent also gave β-type colour reactions with heavier rare earths on pH=4 HAc-NaAc buffer medium. Their molar absorptivities were 6.7-11.0×10~4 L/mol·cm at 742-748 nm. Both types of complexes were stable.
