摘    要:芸薹属蔬菜种质资源丰富,是中国蔬菜产业的重要组成部分。游离小孢子培养是创造单倍体和双单倍体的重要途径,对提高芸薹属蔬菜的育种效率具有重要意义。为了研究芸薹属蔬菜游离小孢子的高效培养体系,归纳了植物材料、预处理方式、培养基成分、培养密度、高温热激、植株再生、植株的倍性鉴定与加倍等多个因素对小孢子培养的影响,提出了可通过优化培养体系、遗传转化和共培养等方式提高芸薹属蔬菜小孢子培养效率的观点。

Abstract:Brassica vegetable is rich in germplasm resources and has very important role in China’s vegetable industry. Isolated microspore culture is a considerable way to create haploid and double haploid, and is significant to improve the breeding efficiency of Brassica vegetables. In order to study the efficient culture system of isolated microspore of Brassica vegetables, the effects of plant materials, pretreatment methods, medium composition, culture density, heat shock, plantlet regeneration, ploidy identification and diploid inducement on microspore culture were summarized. It is proposed that the efficiency of isolated microspore culture of Brassica vegetables could be improved by the optimization of cultivation system, genetic transformation and co-culture treatment.
