人心果研究现状与进展

人心果是一种具有广泛用途的热带果树，有十分重要的开发利用价值。美国、印度、墨西哥等国家的科学家在人心果种质资源保存、优育品种培育、栽培管理技术及生理学等方面做了大量研究工作，取得了一定成果，但人心果的基础研究比较薄弱。人心果在我国属稀有水果，研究工作起步较晚，与国外相比有较大差距。文章从人心果种质资源的保存与分类、优良品种选育、生理特性、苗木繁育技术、整形修剪技术、采收及贮藏保鲜技术、胶的研究7个方面综述了当前国内外人心果研究现状和主要进展，并提出我国人心果今后的研究重点和方向应放在基础研究、苗木的快繁技术研究、贮藏保鲜和深加工技术研究。

Literature Review of Researches on Sapodilla

Sapodilla is a kind of versatile tropical fruit tree and has great value in development and utilization. Considerable of researches have been done on gene resources preservation, breeding, cultivation and physiology in America, India and Mexico, and some achievements have been gained. But the fundamental researches were less. Sapodilla is a rare fruit tree, so the researches on it were lager and achievements were less than that of the countries. Research status and main progress in China were summarized from 7 aspects, which were preservation and classification of germplasm resources, breeding, physiological character, propagation techniques, cultivation techniques and chicle. The main emphases of researches were suggested that should be placed on fundamental researches, rapid propagation techniques, preservation of fruit and deep-processing techniques.
