| J-亚群禽白血病病毒中国广东野毒株的分离与鉴定 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过接种鸡胚成纤维细胞、间接荧光抗体试验(IFA)和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)从疑似J-亚群白血病的病鸡中,分离鉴定出J-亚群白血病病毒。抗J-亚群白血病病毒gp85单克隆抗体JE9的IFA试验和PCR试验均证明病鸡被J-亚群白血病病毒感染。 |

| Abstract: | Subgroup JAvian Leukosis Virus was isolated and identified from a breeding farm with sus- pected sick chickens by inoculating the samples into embryo fibroblast,by indirect immunofluorescence as- say(IFA)and PCR amplification technology.The results of IFA with ALV-J specific monoclonal antibody JE9 and PCR showed that the suspected sick chickens had been infected by ALV-J. |
