| 摘 要： | 对RAPD的原理和特点及其近年来在真菌分类鉴定上的应用进行了综述。内容涉及RAPD在真菌种间、种内，以及种以下分类单元的分类鉴定、疑难种的鉴定和个别菌株的鉴定上的研究进展，并列举了代表性的应用实例。同时对RAPD在真菌分类鉴定上应用的可行性及其在该研究领域中的广阔前景进行了展望。

Application of RAPD analysis in classification and identification of fungi |

| Abstract: | The principle of RAPD technique and its application in classification and identification of fungi, including recent research on classification of intraspecies and interspecies, identification of some similar species and isolates were briefly reviewed,and some representative examples were taken for further illustration. It indicated that the RAPD technology was a simple and rapid method that could be widely applied in this field. |
