| Abstract: | This paper summarized the status of reform of collective foretry prpoerty right system in Liaoning province and analyzed.The cognitive difference and reasons of the reform of collective forest property right system between forestry workers and farmers.On the base we putted forward some advises and countermeasures accordingly. |
