摘    要:目的]研究改性腐殖酸对甲基紫的吸附特性。方法]以甲基紫染料为例,研究改性腐殖酸对有机染料废水的吸附特性,同时考察温度、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、离子强度对吸附的影响。结果]酸性条件有利于改性腐殖酸吸附甲基紫。随着吸附时间的延长,改性腐殖酸对甲基紫的吸附量增加,24 h后,吸附作用基本达到平衡。随着温度的升高,吸附量增加,腐殖酸对甲基紫的吸附是吸热反应。随着离子强度的增加,吸附量呈下降趋势。当改性腐殖酸的用量为0.8 g时,其对甲基紫的去除率达98.34%。25℃下,改性腐殖酸对甲基紫的吸附用Frendlich方程拟合效果最佳。结论]改性腐殖酸对甲基紫具有很好的吸附作用,在染料工业废水处理中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the adsorption characteristics of modified humic acid to methyl violet.Method] Setting dyestuff methyl violet as an example,the adsorption characteristics of modified humic acid to organic dyestuff wastewater and the influences of temperature,adsorption time,adsorbent dosage and ionic strength on the adsorption were investigated.Result] Acidic condition was infavor of modified humic acid adsorbing methyl violet.Along with the extending of adsorption time,the adsorption capacity of modified humic acid to methyl violet was increased,and after 24 h,the adsorption got to the balance basically.Along with the ascending of temperature,the adsorption amount was increased,the adsorption of humic acid to methyl violet was endothermal reaction. Along with the increment of ionic strength,the adsorption amount showed decreasing trend.When the dosage of modified humic acid was 0.8 g,its removal rate on methyl violet was 98.34%.At 25 ℃,the effect of fitting the adsorption of modified humic acid to methyl violet by Frendlich equation was best.Conclusion] Modified humic acid had very good adsorption effect on methyl violet and had some application value in treating industrial dyestuff wastewater.
