国家重点公益林建设工程监测与评价方法研究

为了对国家重点公益林工程建设和实施过程进行监测、评价及专题研究，在参考现有研究成果的基础上，结合云南省的实际，构建了技术支撑体系．提出对工程建设必须进行动态监测、成效监测、宏观监测．其方法为数据更新、专题研究及阶段性评估．以年度更新数据、年度报表为依据，采用统计分析、模型分析、综合分析的方法对工程建设进行评价．
