太谷县象谷村大棚茴子白重金属污染状况研究

以国家规定的无公害蔬菜标准为依据,对象谷村部分大棚茴子白中重金属污染进行分析与评价,结果表明,该村大棚茴子白中的铅、铜、铬含量超标,而镉、锌含量未超标;以蔬菜质量分级标准评价该蔬菜,目前该蔬菜已受到重金属轻度污染。

Study on Heavy Metal Pollution of the Cabbage Greenhouses,Xianggu Village, Taigu County

Based on the national standard of pollution free vegetables,the analysis of heavy metal in the cabbage in the main greenhouse-vegetable production area in Taigu county,Xianggu village was taken,in order to evaluate the situation of heavy metal contamination.The results showed that,the proportions of heavy metals such as Pb、Cu and Cd were higher than the standard those of Cr and Zn were normal.The evaluation was taken by means of the grading standard of vegetable quality,the vegetables have been mildly polluted by heavy metal.
