萝卜雄性不育小子发育过程中物质代谢的研究

摘    要:对煤笼红萝卜雄笥不育系及其保持系不同个体发育过程中的碳水化合物含量、淀粉酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量及脯氨酸含量进行研究。结果表明:在各营养生长期,不育株中的碳水化合物含量高于可育株;而在生殖生长期,不育株花蕾中碳水化合物含量低于可育株。无论在营养生长期带是在生殖生长期,不育株个体中淀粉酶活性均低于可育株。另外,不育株中可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸含量低于可育株。上述研究结果表明:不育株中营养物质的缺乏是导致小孢子败育的一个重要原因,而营养器官中的营养物质向生殖器官运输受阻又是引起不育花蕾中物质含量下降的原因之一。

Abstract:The contents of carbohydrate, soluble protein, free proline and the amylase activity were studied in male sterile line and maintainer line in Denglonghong radish during different growth period. The result showed that, the contents of carbohydrate was higher in male sterile lines than that in maintainer lines during nutritive growth phase; however it was lower in male sterile lines than that in maintainer lines during generative growth phase. Whether in nutritive growth period or in generative growth period, the activity of amylase and the content of free proline in barren individuals were all lower than those in maintainer lines. In addition, the result of the research mentioned above showed that, the shortage of the nutrient substance in male sterile lines was one of the important reasons which led to sterility of microspore; and, the barrier of the transporting of the nutritive material from vegetative organ to generative organ was one of the reasons for the falling of substance contents in barren individuals.
