多脂鳞伞(Pholiota adiposa)子实体个体发育

采用石蜡切片法对多脂鳞伞(Pholiota adiposa)子实体个体发育进行观察,结果表明,多脂鳞伞原基初期卵球形,菌丝交织、致密;原基伸长生长,外部交织菌丝变稀疏,边缘形成一层染色呈黄褐色的菌丝,菌丝膨大,平行排列或凝结呈菌丝束,形成外菌幕.外菌幕菌丝在上部最为发达,形成菌盖菌幕,此时菌盖开始分化.同时原基下部边缘菌丝平行排列并垂直生长,菌柄开始分化.在菌盖、菌柄和子实层原基交接处出现菌丝稀疏区,菌褶腔在这一区域形成.由于半包膜的存在,菌环上无鳞片.菌盖菌幕与菌盖皮层相区分,而菌柄菌幕与菌柄皮层形态一致,只是菌柄菌幕菌丝继续保持向外生长特性.多脂鳞伞属于半被果型中的双菌幕发育型,发育顺序表明是菌盖菌柄发育型.
