稀土永磁弹簧的力学特性研究

摘    要:采用有限元法对稀土永磁弹簧的磁场分布进行了数值模拟分析。并就弹簧永磁体的结构参数对弹簧特性的影响作了详细研究。研究结果表明,在磁力弹簧的主要工作区段,位移和压力近似呈线性关系,弹簧的力学性能不仅与永磁体的形状有关,而且与永磁体的具体尺寸有关,对于相同结构和尺寸的磁力弹簧,如果两环的磁极相对,则其力学性能较差,两环磁针极同向的弹簧,力学性能较好,位移范围较大,因此,磁力弹簧大多用作压缩弹簧。

Abstract:The permanent magnetic (PM) spring has a wide use at present. In this paper the numerical modeling of magnetic distribution of PM spring was analyzed using the finite element method. The effect of structural parameters of spring magnets on performance was studied in detail. The results show that the stress is approximatively linear with displacement in its working section. The dynamic characters are related to the form and dimension of magnets. For the springs with the same structure and dimension, the dynamic characters of the spring, with the two magnetic poles in the same direction are better than that in the opposite direction. Thus, the magnetic spring is mostly used for compression spring.
