几种新农药对小菜蛾的毒杀活性测定

摘    要:采用浸叶法测定了200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、20%氟虫双酰胺水分散粒剂、150 g/L茚虫威乳油、200 g/L虫酰肼悬浮剂和1.8%阿维菌素乳油5种农药对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的室内防效及其毒力。结果表明,处理后72 h对小菜蛾的毒力大小顺序为阿维菌素>氯虫苯甲酰胺>氟虫双酰胺>茚虫威>虫酰肼,其LC50值分别为0.128,0.152,0.223,1.151,93.340 mg/L。

Abstract:The toxicities of 200 g/L chlorantraniliprole SC,20% flubendiamide WG,150 g/L indoxacarb EC,200 g/Ltebufenozide SC and 1.8% abamectin EC to 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella were tested by leaf-dipping method.The results indicated that the order of insecticidal toxicity at LC50 for Plutella xylostella from the most toxic to the least toxic was as follows: abamectin>chlorantraniliprole>flubendiamide>indoxacarb>tebufenozide,with LC50 values being 0.128,0.152,0.223,1.151 and 93.340 mg/L respectively in 72 h after treatment.
