摘    要:为了优化小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)的人工饲养方法,在温度(25±1)℃、相对湿度60%~75%、光周期14 L∶10 D条件下,将浸泡过油菜汁液的卡片插入产卵瓶中,让小菜蛾在卡片上产卵,将更换下的卵卡放到小油菜(Brassica chinensis)苗上孵化饲养,结果得到大量发育良好、虫龄一致的小菜蛾幼虫,并且连续饲养多代种群未出现退化现象。该方法操作简单,实用性强,适合于小菜蛾的批量繁殖。根据试验要求,可采用低温冷藏方式调控小菜蛾的发育进度,在低温4~5℃条件下,卵和蛹的冷藏时间分别控制在20,15 d内为宜。

Abstract:An optimization technique to rear Diamondback Moth(DBM),Plutella xylostella L.on Brassica chinensis seedling was developed in the laboratory at(25±1)℃ and 60%~75% RH in a 14 h photoperiod.Two blow molding papers used as eggsheets(8 cm×1.8 cm in size) were placed in each egg-laying container to collect eggs after the papers were dipped in autoclaved rape juice.Eggsheets from each container were changed daily and placed on the brassica oleracea seedlings to allow larvae to emerage and fed on the seedlings until they were ready to be used for studies.DBM reared by the technique were found full-grown and homogeneous growth age and without any distinct decline in biological characteristics after continued multigenerations rearing.This rearing method is considered to be more practical and a better technique for mass rearing of the DBM.Development and growth of DBM could be regulated preferably by way of low temperature keeping at 4~5 ℃.The period of low temperature keeping should be controlled in 20,15 d for egg and pupae respectively.
