| 摘 要： | 采用随机区组设计方法,研究了水分对高粱籽粒产量及品质的影响。结果表明,随着灌水量的增加,高粱产量、籽粒中淀粉含量显著增加,蛋白质含量显著降低,脂肪含量变化不明显,单宁含量呈减小趋势。

| Abstract: | Using the method of randomized block design,we studied the impact of moisture to sorghum grain yield and quality.The results showed that,with the increase of irrigation rates,sorghum production and grain starch content remarkably increased;protein content decreased significantly,fat content did not change obviously,and the tannin content showed a decreasing trend. |
