| 摘 要： | 沙柳木蠹蛾是荒漠区灌木林的主要钻蛀性害虫之一,可利用性信息素对其进行生物防治。对沙柳木蠹蛾的性信息素主成分顺-7-十四碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯(Z7-14:OAC)和顺-5-十四碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯(Z5-14:OAC)进行了立体选择性合成,其中,Z7-14:OAC采用炔化物反应引入炔基,经过顺式或反式还原得到相应的不饱和醇类化合物,再酯化为所需的乙酸酯;Z5-14:OAC的合成是将四氢吡喃直接开环制得溴代戊醇乙酸酯,再通过Wittig反应与正壬醛偶联成不饱和酯类化合物。产物经红外光谱仪(IR)和气质联用(GC-MS)确认,可用于该虫的诱杀、交配干扰和虫情测报。

| Abstract: | The carpenterworm moth,Holcocerus arenicola is one of the serious borer pests of desert thicket.It could be controlled by using its sex pheromone.In this paper,the main component of sex pheromone for Holcocerus arenicola cis-5-tetradecen-1-yl acetate(Z5-14:OAC) and cis-7-Tetradecen-1-yl acetate(Z7-14:OAC) were synthesized in laboratary.Z7-14:OAC was prepared by acetylide reaction,cis-or trans-unsaturated reduction,and then esterified to be the desired acetate;Z5-14:OAC was synthesized by Wittig coupling reaction of n-nonaldehyde with bromo-pentanol acetate from the open-loop reaction of tetrahydropyran.Confirmed by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and mass spectrometry(MS),products could be used for trapping,mating interference and insect forecasting against Holcocerus arenicola. |
