苯磺隆降解菌生长条件研究

摘    要:为了解苯磺隆微生物降解机制,从长期使用苯磺隆的土壤中分离得到1株降解菌株,命名为BHL,研究了温度、初始pH值、通气量、碳源、氮源等因素对该菌株生长的影响。结果表明,苯磺隆降解菌的最佳生长条件为:温度30℃,初始pH值7.0,苯磺隆质量浓度100 mg/L,装液量50 mL,Mg2+质量浓度200 mg/L;以酵母膏为氮源和以葡萄糖为碳源时,菌株BHL的生长最好;并且菌株BHL也能够以苯磺隆为唯一的氮源、碳源生长。

Abstract:The research aimed to study the microbial degradation mechanism of tribenuron-methyl-methyl,a bacterial strain capable of degrading tribenuron-methyl,named BHL,isolated from farmland where tribenuron-methyl was applied for years.The results of the study on the influencing factors to strain growth,such as temperature,the original pH,carbon sources,and nitrogen source showed that the optimal nutrient conditions were under temperature of 30 ℃,pH value of 7.0,initial concentration for tribenuron-methyl of 100 mg/L,the optimal ventilatory capacity and Mg2+ concentration were 50 mL and 200 mg/L respectively.The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were yeast extract and glucose respectively.Strain BHL could utilize tribenuron-methyl as sole nitrogen source and carbon source.
