摘    要:对国产14台拖拉机的防护装置作了25次强度试验表明,首次试验失效率达85.7%,在安全容身区设计、防护装置的刚度和强度设计、机体强度设计、防护装置的加工方式及联接件的选择等方面应以ISO3463和ISO5700标准为基础进行设计,才能获得合格的防护装置。

Analysis on Some Problems in the Design of Tractor Protective Structure
Abstract:The 25 tests results to 14 tractors indicated that the 1st-test failurerate of the home-built tractors' protective structure was 85.7%. It was also indicated thatthe design of the structure's saftyarea, stiffness and strength, the design of the tractorcase strength as well as the selection of the machining methods and the couplingparts should be based on the standards of ISO 3463 and 5700 in order to get a quali-fied one.
