陕西省水稻种质资源的遗传多样性分析和指纹图谱构建

摘    要:对陕西省40份大田推广品种及其亲本和100份省水稻区域试验材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,从陕西省40份大田推广品种及其亲本共检测到160个等位基因,平均每个标记检测到6个等位基因,每个SSR位点的遗传多态性信息含量为0.29~0.97,平均为0.64。聚类分析表明,40份大田推广品种及其亲本的遗传相似系数为0.55~0.97。100份陕西省水稻区域试验材料中,72个晚熟水稻材料的遗传相似系数为0.43~0.91,平均为0.67。28个中早熟水稻材料的遗传相似系数为0.56~0.87。

Abstract:The study was conducted to evaluate the genetic diversity of 40 major commercial rice varieties and their parents with 26 pairs of SSR markers,and to evaluate the genetic diversity of 100 rice developed lines involved in the regional trials of Shaanxi province with 17 pairs of ISSR markers,which were polymorphic and screened from markers distributed in all the 12 rice chromosomes.The results showed that 160 alleles were detected by 26 pairs of SSR primers among the 40 major commercial rice varieties and their parents,with six alleles per SSR locus in average.The average polymorphism information content per SSR primer was 0.64 with a range from 0.29 to 0.97.The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.55 to 0.97 among the 40 major commercial rice varieties and their parents.Among the 100 rice developed lines in the regional trials of Shaanxi province,the genetic similarity coefficients among the 72 late-maturing rice lines ranged from 0.43 to 0.91 with an average of 0.67,and the genetic similarity coefficient among the 28 medium-early maturing rice lines ranged from 0.56 to 0.87.
