基于循环经济的城市污水多目标优

摘    要:依据循环经济发展模式进行城市污水资源的综合利用,核心在于环境与经济的协调发展。在对城市水资源综合利用系统分析的基础上,采用经济和水量双目标层次分析方法,建立城市污水多目标优化配置模型,运用MatLab工具软件,进行模型的优化结果分析。以天津市2004年的水资源统计数据为基础,进行实例研究,在污水回用量约束下,依据污水资源化利用率最大和产业用水经济效益最大的目标,建立模型并求解,获得污水优化配置方案。

Abstract:The harmonic development of environment and economy is the core of the comprehensive utilization of urban sewage water resources for the development of cycling economy. On the basis of systematic analysis of comprehensive urban water resources application, a multi-object model to allocate the urban sewage water is constructed using hierarchy analytic method of two objectives, economy and water availability. The model is used for optimization with the software MatLab. The statistic data of water resources in Tianjin City in 2004 are taken as an example for the model application under the restriction of sewage reuse. The optimal sewage allocation scheme is obtained through modeling and solution with the objectives of maximum the sewage water resources reuse ratio and economic benefits of agricultural and industrial productions.
