| 摘 要： | 以小麦栽培种京411为材料，对小麦的基因组DNA进行PAPD分析,获得稳定而清晰的PCR扩增效果。对影响RAPD实验结果稳定性和可靠性的因素进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | RAPD was used to analyze the genome DNA of cultivate variety wheat Jing 411. The results are steady and clear. In this paper we preliminarily discuss the factor of stability and reliability which effect the results of RAPD reaction . |
