清洁发展机制是我国能够参与国际气候交易的唯一方式，此机制下的碳汇项目是林业部门利用外资发展我国林业的机遇．对我国林业碳汇项目的现状加以分析，提出我国开展林业碳汇项目有利有弊，应调整相关政策，加强研究，提高认识，以促进林业碳汇项目的实施．

Discussion on Forestry Carbon Sequestration Projects in China under CDM

Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） was the only way that China could participate in international climate transactions. Carbon sequestration projects under CDM were great chances for forestry sector to utilize foreign investment. The present situation of forestry carbon sink projects in China was analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages to implement this kind of projects in China were analyzed. It was pointed out that some special policies should be adjusted, relevant research should be deepened, and understanding of carbon sink market should be promoted so as to enhance the implementation of forestry carbon sequestration projects in China.
