摘    要:园艺植物叶色变化受叶片色素成分、含量及外部环境因素的共同影响,对叶片色素的研究可以为改良和培育彩叶植物品种提供参考依据。从叶片色素成分、叶片色素含量与叶形态和结构特征、光合特性及其他相关影响因子等方面论述了园艺植物叶色变化的研究概况,总结了提取园艺植物三大叶片色素(叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素)的最佳方法,并提出了今后彩叶园艺植物育种的方向。

Abstract:Leaf color transformation of horticultural plants was influenced by components and contents of leaf pigment and environmental factors.The research of leaf pigment can provide background knowledge for the next improvement and cultivation of the color-leaf horticultural plants.The progress on leaf color transformation of horticultural plants were reviewed in the article,in the respects of compositions of leaf pigment,leaf pigment contents,and leaf shapes and structure characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,and other related factors.Meanwhile,the optimal extract situation of the three kinds of big leaf pigment(Chlorophylls,Carotenoids and Anthocyanidin) was summarized.Also,the future breeding direction on color leaf horticultural plants was proposed.
