| 摘 要： | 以西洋参和茶叶的提取物作为功能因子，并配以大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、木糖醇、维生素等辅料可研制一种功能食品。功能性评价实验证明，该产品具有提神和抗疲劳等功效。
