| Abstract: | The optimum conditions of leaf induced callus of Jun jujube,callus induced adventitious bud,differentiation of adventitious bud and root,transplant of regenerate plant were studied in this paper.Therefore,the stable tissue culture in vitro and the plant regeneration system of Jun jujube leaf were established. |
