西气东输管道压缩机组输送湿气实践分析

摘    要:针对西气东输管道受上游气源气质的变化,管输天然气露点严重偏离设计值的问题,根据国内标准及国外对管输天然气质量的要求,对管输气质进行了分析。指出了所采取的降低管道积水、提高燃气轮机燃料气温度和干气密封气温度等相应的工程措施,虽可以保证压缩机输送高露点天然气,但也存在压缩机组连续运行时间短、较正常运行故障停机次数时显增多等弊病。并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:For the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, the gas components vary induced by the upstream source,the dew point of gas transmitted is deviated greatly from the original design parameter,or neither domestic relative standards/codes nor international relative standards/codes. The authors point out that, some countermeasures taken like removing the water within pipeline,increasing the temperature either fuel gas of combustion or gas of dry gas seal are effective to transmit the gas with the high dew point,however, for the compressors there still be troubles in non-stop running time and fault shut-down times under the normal operating condition. In the light of these problems, relative solutions are made.
