摘    要:该试验研究了保护地氮减量施用对辣椒产量及品质的影响。结果表明:在该试验条件下,减少氮肥常规用量30%的范围内,不会造成显著减产,同时会提高辣椒果实中VC和可溶性总糖含量,降低果实硝酸盐含量,改善辣椒果实品质。

Abstract:Effects of reducing nitrogen fertilizer application on yield and quality of pepper in greenhouse were studied in this experiment.The results showed that the fields did not decrease significantly and the quality could be improved,the contents of VC and soluble sugar enhanced and the nitrate contents decreased when reducing nitrogen fertilizer application within 30 percent.
