摘    要:综述了基于输入数据的化学物质环境风险评价多介质模型的选择。重点介绍了目前最常用的2种多介质模型:Mackay模型和EUSES模型。Mackay模型可代表化学物质在通用环境中的行为,提供了每种介质中化学物质的分配和浓度的准确估算,为许多其他模型奠定了基础。EUSES模型是在TGD(欧盟各国的技术指导性文件)框架内用于获取化学物质信息的几种模型,可估算局部范围、区域范围、全球范围化学物质的环境风险。最后分析了多介质模型对于化学物质环境风险评价的适用性。

Abstract:The selection of multimedia models for environmental risk assessment of chemicals based on the input data was summarized.Mackay and EUSES models,the 2 kinds of multimedia models most commonly used at present were introduced emphatically.Mackay model could represent the behavior of chemicals in current environment,supplied accurate estimation of chemicals in every kind of medium on distribution and concentration,and laid a foundation for many other models.EUSES models were the several kinds of models used to obtain chemicals information in the framework of TGD(technical guidance documents in European community countries),which could be used to estimate the environmental risk of chemicals in partial,regional and global scopes.Finally,the suitability of multimedia model on the environmental risk assessment of chemicals was analyzed.
