| 摘 要： | 建筑业历来是我国的事故多发行业.为减少安全事故的发生,就应该在工程安全管理中明确工程各方的责任,各司其职,相互配合.目前,公众普遍认为工程监理是施工质量及安全的保障,是安全事故的首要责任人.作为建筑工程中的第三方,监理工程师在工程安全管理中履行的职责及所起的作用亟待明确.
