淡紫拟青霉E7菌株抗逆性研究

摘    要:对淡紫拟青霉E7菌株的耐热性、耐酸碱性、耐盐性及耐化学药物特性进行测定。结果显示,在PSA培养基上,E7菌落生长和产孢的适宜温度为5~40℃,最适温度为29℃;E7菌株在pH4—13范围内的培养基上均可以生长;在40℃和50%条件下E7菌株的LT50分别为78.8和40.8min;E7菌株有较强的耐盐碱能力,对氯霉素有较强的耐受性;E7菌株对杀菌剂多菌灵、百菌清、苯醚甲环唑、除草剂百草枯以及消毒防腐剂福尔马林较敏感,其EC50分别为21、13、6、16、120μg/mL,对杀线虫剂阿维菌素和辛硫磷、杀菌剂三唑酮不敏感,其EC50分别为175、338、337μg/mL。表明淡紫拟青霉E7菌株有较强的抗逆性,对一些化学农药的兼容性也较好。

Abstract:In this experiment, the tolerance of Paecilomyces lilacinus strain E7 to heat, acid and alkaline, salts, and chemicals were determined, and the results showed that in PSA culture medium, the suitable temperature and the best temperature for the growth and spore production of the strain E7 was 5-40℃ and 29℃, respectively. The strain E7 could grow on potato sugar agar with pH 4-13. The LTso of strain E7 at 40℃ and 50℃ was 78.8 min and 40.8 min, respectively. The strain E7 was able to endure higher concentration of saline-alkaline and chloramphenicol. Moreover, the strain E7 was sensitive to the fungicides carbendazol, chlorothalonil, difenoconazole, the herbicide paraquat, and formalin. The ECs0 for them was 21μg/mL, 13μg/mL, 6μg/mL, 16μg/mL, and 120μg/mL, respectively; but not sensitive to the nematicides avermcctin, phoxim and the fungicide trazodone, and the EC50 for them was 175μg/mL, 338μg/mL and 337μg/mL, respectively. These results indicated that the strain E7 of Paecilomyces lilacinus had strong resistance to stress and were compatible to chemical pesticides.
