Abstract:In this paper,the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education was integrated into the teaching reform of Food Enterprise Management course,and detail discussed the teaching content,teaching methods,platform construction,assessment and evaluation.In order to cultivate students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,solve practical problems,and provide new ideas and directions for the future application-oriented curriculum reform.
