| 摘 要： | 为了解陕北地区小米中叶酸含量情况,采用试剂盒微孔板法对陕北地区6种小米进行检测。叶酸含量分别为60.3,47.8,42.8,40.6,49.9,72.5μg/100 g;RSD值分别为2.2%,2.8%,3.5%,2.9%,3.4%,2.0%。说明同一地区不同产地小米中叶酸含量有较大差异。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the content of folic acid in millet in Northern Shaanxi.According to the method of test kit,testing the six samples.The folic acid tcontent was 60.3,47.8,42.8,40.6,49.9,72.5μg/100 g.The RSD value was 2.2%,2.8%,3.5%,2.9%,3.4%,2.0%.The results showed that there were great differences in the content of folic acid among different millet. |
