摘    要:3D打印具有灵活、便捷、个性化的特点,在食品工业中得到较快发展,简述3D打印技术的原理,概述几种食品3D打印技术,并对可打印材料的特点进行分析,重点阐述了目前3D打印技术在食品领域中的应用,以期为食品3D打印技术的发展提供参考。

Abstract:3D printing was flexible,convenient,and personalized.It has developed rapidly in the food industry.The principles of 3D printing technology were briefly summarized in this paper,and several 3D printing technologies were outlined.Moreover,the characteristics of printable materials were analyzed and the current applications of 3D printing in the food field were focused on.This review was expected to provide a reference for the development of food 3D printing technology.
