红谷霉素对细菌芽孢的抑制机制

摘    要:检测红谷霉素对2种供试革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌的作用机制,通过试验发现红谷霉素对芽孢杆菌的作用机制包括对细菌休眠芽孢的抑制和对芽孢萌发的抑制,在高浓度时对细菌芽孢有很明显的杀死作用;在低浓度时对处于萌发状态的芽孢有较强的杀死作用。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the antimicrobial mechanism of Honggumycin to cereus.the result showed that the antimicrobial activity of Honggumycin to spores include two facets,which are antimicrobial activity to resting spores and antimicrobial activity to germination of spores.At higher concentration of Honggumycin,it can kill spores evidently.And when the concentration of Honggumycin is lower,it can kill the budding spores evidently.
