试谈农业卫星信息网络的实现

实现农业卫星信息网络为的是使我国的农业信息服务工作与农业发展和需求相适应，可以使我国实现真正的农业信息广域网。利用VSAT卫星通信系统可以建立起不受地域影响和信息覆盖率高的农业卫星信息网络。这将有利于农业生产的指挥调度、加快信息处理速度、提高应用水平，加速信息流通和网络利用的整体水平。

Preliminary Conversition on the Establishment of Agricultural Satellite Information Network

The establishment of agricultural satellite information network will enable China's agricultural information service to meet the demand of agricultural development and truly realize our goal of building up agricultural information WAN. The utilization of Very Small Aperture Terminal(VSAT) satellite communication system could help us to set up an agricultural satellite information network with higher coverage and regardless of factors of regional difference. This will certainly contribute to controlling and managing agricultural production, speeding up information processing, enhancing the level of application, accelerating information flow and boosting the overall level of network use.
