NaCl胁迫对偃伏梾木幼苗生理的影响

摘    要:用不同梯度的NaCl溶液对偃伏梾木幼苗进行处理,并测定其生理指标,实验结果表明:随土壤中盐溶液浓度的升高,偃伏梾木幼苗叶片的细胞水势、叶绿素含量和光合速率降低,而质膜透性、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量增高,且相关性较好;偃伏梾木幼苗能适应的NaCl溶液临界浓度大约在300mmol/L左右;超出其耐受范围的胁迫,可在胁迫进行48h后就对幼苗的多项生理指标产生显著的影响。

Abstract:Physiological indices of leaves from red-osier dogwood seedlings treated with different concentrations of NaCl were analysed.With the increase of NaCl concentration in the soil,cell water potential,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of red-osier dogwood leaves decrease,while membrane permeability,soluble sugar content and proline content increase,and good correlation results was found between NaCl concentration and these physiological indices.The critical NaCl concentration for red-osier dogwood seedlings is about 300 mmol/L.The stress beyond its normal level of tolerance has a significant impact on the physiological indices of red-osier dogwood seedlings after 48 hours of stress.
